    Abstract：

    众所周知，中职教育是国家重点的人才培养和输出的重要渠道，所以对于中职教学的人才培养一定要结合社会对人才和学生的就业的双重需求综合考虑，把“教学做合一”当成人才培养的创新模式，实现中职教育的全面和谐发展，体现教育的显性的教育成效。故本文笔者从"教学做合一"模式在中职学前教育英语课堂出发，谈谈其价值和注意事项，最后重点谈谈其应用过程。
