    Abstract：

    初中生的心理发展尚不健全，容易产生消极、偏激的思想。在学习上，学困生与优等生相比，课堂活跃度会有所降低，课堂表现会越来越含蓄，教师提问时不会主动地进行自我表达。并且，这个阶段的学生具有一定的从众心理，即为了让自己“合群”，如果他人不在课堂上回答问题，自己也不会积极表现。当教师强制性地抽取学生回答问题时，由于逆反心理，学生又会表现得不情不愿。以上种种现象使得初中语文课堂教学效率低下，教学质量不高。
