Abstract：
戏曲导演与戏曲演员在艺术创造过程中的关系紧密而又层次分明，进而使戏曲艺术在呈现的过程中能够达到最佳的效果，获取观众的认可。戏曲导演编创、规划以及设计戏曲是对于戏曲剧作家创作思想的二度呈现。在这个过程中，戏曲导演联系演员，阐述思想，而演员则在导演指导后，加以理解，结合唱腔、朗诵，做功与武打等技法，通过程式性戏曲表演，生动展现戏曲人物、剧情，这也是戏曲艺术综合性呈现的必备。戏曲导演与演员在塑造剧情、把控节奏以及构造人物中完成了戏曲创作作用与关系的统一。
