政治认同、理性精神、法治意识、公共参与是思想政治学科的核心素养。本文探讨在思政课中通过善用时政资源，创设法治案例情境、巧设问题梯度和创建实践活动等教学手段来贯彻学科核心素养教育，落实好思想道德建设的目标。
