    Abstract：

    数学是高中课程中的重点科目，有效的探究活动学习能够培养高中生良好的数学思维与数学素养。但是高中数学知识的学习仅仅是依靠教师教学是远远不够的，这就需要高中生们具备自主探究与思考的能力，高中数学教师就应主动组织探究性的教学活动，综合发展学生的个人实践能力与综合素养。文章下面针对高中生个性与基础提出组织数学探究活动的教学策略，发展高中生数学素养与综合能力。
