    Abstract：

    新时期石油企业生产运行管理面临更加严格的工作要求和更加灵活的工作方法。石油企业生产运行工作助力企业平稳发展和稳步生产，为企业效益带来保障，为企业的持续向好发展奠定基础。本文从工作实际出发，对油田生产运行管理进行了概述，分析了生产运行工作的特点，指出了现阶段运行工作中存在的短板，并在实际经验的基础上给出具体的优化措施，以期促进工作方式改变，促进管理水平进一步提高。
