Abstract：
随着近几年重视程度的不断加深，大多数图书采购人员已经逐渐意识到管理工作的重要性，并逐步在图书采购行业内部形成了当下较为流行的精细化管理思想，这些管理思想在图书馆图书采购的相关工作中得了相当充分的应用。本文正是以图书采购过程中的精细化管理应用为切入点，充分分析精细化管理在图书馆图书采购质量层面的实际意义。
