Abstract：
随着我国近年来对素质教育的重视高度逐年提升，成教学生的艺术素质的教育也更加受重视，与此同时高校成教学生艺术素质相关的教育也正在面临着挑战和机遇。高校成人教育过程中存在长期中心向职业技能方向，反观艺术素质的教育课程很少，高校成人院校的艺术教育发展过程严重滞后，为了提高毕业生的全面素养，对当下高校成人院校艺术教育发展滞后的原因应针对性地采取相应对策，把艺术教育广泛、合理地渗透到高校成人教育之中。
