Abstract：
在我国新课改的背景下，我国的教育由传统的应试教育逐渐的转变到素质教育理念上来，高校的教育领域中艺术教育也逐渐的受到了更多的重视。随着我国的艺术教育的改革工作不断进行中，在其中的一些问题也开始暴露出来，这在一定程度上影响到了高校艺术教育改革的进程。基于此，本文由素质教育理念出发，分析现阶段国内的高校艺术教育方面存在的问题，并针对实际情况来对高校艺术教育改革事业提出一些建议，希望能够有效的促进高校艺术教育事业的改革工作。
