Abstract：
随着时代的不断发展，教育改革工作势在必行，在如此背景之下，无论是幼儿教育的学前教育工作改革，还是小学阶段的教育改革都随之快速进行。但这也不由得我们引发进一步的深入思考，当幼儿升入小学时，幼小衔接教育便成了极为重要的内容。为此，本文将探索幼儿与小学之间的不同需求，根据学生的实际需求出发，为幼小衔接教育进行一定的探索与实践。
