Abstract：
随着经济社会和互联网技术的不断发展，大数据成了当前炙手可热的专业。为了培养高职院校中的大数据人才，学校要积极的探索各种能够提高人才培养效率的创新型模式，经过不断的探索和实践，发现引企入校的联合办学模式能够大幅度的提升当前大数据人才培养的效率。所以本文结合当前我国社会，对于高职院校中学生的发展方向的要求，探讨的是目前寻找到有效的人才培养模式的重要性以及各种培养大数据人才的校企合作优化策略。
