Abstract：

法治中国建设涵盖各个领域，当前，我国实行“依法治国”的基本政策，在此条件下，为深入贯彻落实十九大所强调的法制建设，就必须加强体制改革，加强对高职院校法治教育的管理，这是党“依法治国”在高职院校的解析与应用的要求。现就高职院校法治教育存在的问题及对相应对策进行浅探，以期为高职教育发展作出一定贡献。
