Abstract：
中国国民经济社会发展过程中的两大重要砥柱经济就是房地产经济与建筑经济，且二者在整个国民经济社会结构中都是起着重要的支撑作用，而这两者之间又共同存在着的复杂的利益关系。本文从一个宏观的经济角度通过建筑镜像关系以及建筑汲水关系理论，对房地产经济与建筑经济之间的密切关系和相互影响问题进行深入分析、阐述、指导，并对当下我国经济社会结构发生变化的重要历史时期的一些经济热点问题进行予以深入探讨和提出解答。
