    Abstract：

    随着新课程的进一步发展，对教师的教育培训要求越来越严格。发展师生互动的课堂教学方法，可促进师生沟通；教师采用互动式教学形式有助于教师理解学生的性格。同时，教师可为适应学生的个人需要而接受培训。在我国的高中，教师要不断合理地运用互动式教学方法，提高我国高中的教育质量，实现新课程的目标和要求。
