Abstract：
当前，受学生就业因素影响，职业学校在培养学生的过程中，存在重职业技能轻职业精神的问题，致使学生可持续发展乏力，也不受企业欢迎。通过分析出现这一现象的原因，探讨解决这一问题的对策，实现职业技能和职业精神的融合培养，为社会经济发展培养高素质技术技能型人才。
