Abstract：
随着新课改的不断发展，对教师个人素质的要求也在不断提高。为了促进教师的专业发展，学校更要重视起校本教研活动的开展，切实解决在教育教学过程当中遇到的问题。现将农村初中的语文校本教研作为研究主题进行分析探究，为农村初中的语文教学提供一些借鉴和指导。
