    随着新课改的不断深入发展，初中数学老师更加注重对学生们的核心素养的培养与提高，并通过设计丰富多元的数学作业，有效培养学生的综合创新能力。本文基于核心素养培养理念，对初中数学作业方式多元化设计的有效方法进行了剖析与探究。
