Abstract：
质量是工程的生命，完善质量保证体系，强化质量意识，保障工程质量迫在眉睫，如何有效的控制工程质量最直接、最行之有效的手段就是工程试验检测。因此，在提高工程质量管理的同时，还应强化施工质检人员素质，充实试验检测设备，切实做好服务于工程质量全过程管理。
