Abstract：
在实际的数学教学课堂中，教师需要引导学生形成数学思维，促使学生们能够在不断学习的过程中掌握正确的方式，从而有效提高课堂教学效率。为了提高学生自主学习的能力，教师需要打破传统的教学方式，让学生积极探索合作学习，提高自主学习的能力。本文将从“改变课堂教学氛围”“改变课堂教学方式”“完善教学考评制度”三个角度对初中数学教学中如何培养学生自主学习能力的策略进行了讨论。
