自控能力作为学生在学习时的基本条件，也是衡量学生在独处时学习质量的标准，所以培养学生自身思维的自控能力意义重大，这不仅关系着学生的学习质量，更影响着学生自己日后的人生未来。人的自控能力根据年龄段的不同，自身所能操控的自控力也大不同，而在本文中，我们分析了如何在教学中培养学生的自控能力的方法，并与现实中学生学习的困惑相结合，有针对性地开导学生自我，提升自身的自控能力，并对此展开了研究......
