Abstract：
我国微课的发展趋势处于起步阶段，受限于微课的质量和资源等实际因素，使得微课的资源难以满足学生的需求。作为新形势下的语文教师，首先要提升课堂教学意识，从源头了解微课，以教材内容的专业知识为出发点，改进课堂教学的短板，充分微课在课堂教学中的运用。基于此，文章对小班教学在语文教学课堂中的运用进行了简单的探讨和分析。
