新课程改革为大家带来了教育观念和教学方式的变革。每个人的课堂教学和教学活动都必须以新课程标准为基础，坚持以学生和谐发展的趋势为基础。这也是大家课后反思和训练的重点内容，也是新课标实践活动的根源。每个人的课堂教学不仅要关心学生的评价，更要关心学生在课堂上的热情，关心学生在创新活动中的创新精神。只要我们在新课程标准核心理念的具体指引下“用心”，全体师生都会有更高的成就。
