    Abstract：

    听、说、读、写是英语教学的四大目标指向，也是对学生英语能力的客观折射，因此实现高效英语作文教学至关重要。初中英语作文在中考中占的比重较大，难度也不小。教师要在解读初中英语新课程标准基础上，以学生发展为核心，从理论与实践两大层面入手提高学生语言运用能力，优化创新英语作文教学，让学生在提升写作水平中更好地放飞自我、张扬个性。
