Abstract：
在当今职业教育英语课堂教学中，教育工作者难教是普遍现象。孩子不学习的问题，在一定程度上危害和制约了在职教育质量的提高，进一步关系着在职技术人才的培养。针对高职英语课堂教学中存在的诸多问题，我们觉得只需要有针对性地去解决，从源头上提高大家对英语学习的正确对待，选择适合孩子自我学习的教学策略。学习能力，充分利用孩子的英语学习意识和主动性，可以提高英语口语教学。
