Abstract：
进入互联网5G时代后，众多高校艺术设计学科应时而变，为社会发展培养新兴专业技术人才。在高校艺术教育过程中，数字资源“泛网络化”应用也让传统艺术精神断层化、民族艺术意识弱化、艺术表现趋同化等现象迭出，成为现代大学艺术学科教育发展要面临的现实问题。本文针对听障大学生上述情况，在分析研究后提出了相关建设性意见。
