Abstract：
教学改革的发展衍生出了众多的教学模式和方法，为了推动高中物理教学的有序开展，有必要培养学生的自主学习能力。基于此，文章简述了自主学习的心理学基础，并论述了高中物理建构自主学习模式的可行性和必要性，并结合实际案例对物理教学自主学习模式的构建进行了深入研究，文章最后总结了自主学习模式构建要注意的几点事项，期望在有效策略的推动下，完成自主学习模式的构建，从根本上提升学生的自主学习能力。
