    Abstract：

    随着时代的发展，越来越多的阅读模式涌现出来，公共图书馆在推进全民阅读的时候，应该紧随时代的发展，充分利用好各种媒介手段，丰富阅读模式，打造适合青少年儿童、成年人、老年人不同群体的数字阅读资源形式，提升人们的文化道德素养，助力社会经济、文化以及物质方面的发展。为了更好的了解当前全民阅读背景下公共图书馆数字资源的建设与推广情况，本文展开了研究，这对于促进全民阅读，改善数字资源建设是非常有必要的。
