Abstract：
培养规则意识是儿童健康成长的需求，是学生适应未来社会生活的需要，也是统编教材法治教育的核心指向。基于对儿童规则意识认识与知行脱节等问题，结合《道德与法治》低段的实施教学，从“知”教学实际，选取合适资源；立规则认知，深“思”规则认同；课堂延伸课外，注重规则“行”成等方面进行探析，从而培养学生良好的规则意识。
