Abstract：
现代信息技术在建筑领域中的应用，对提高中标概率与达到精益建造目的和提高项目管理水平等方面有着积极作用。尤其是BIM技术在房建全程和各环节的运用，对提高房建的数字化和信息化等水平有着现实意义。本文主要对BIM技术在房建领域的应用与发展进行阐述，希望对BIM技术作用价值的充分发挥起到积极参照作用。
