    Abstract：

    在当前教学开展的过程中，初中数学学科尤其需要提高教学实际质量。这就要求教师们不断创新教学思维和模式，引入四导式的教学方式，迎合素质教育开展的需求。这种教学模式相对于传统教学来说更能够激发学生的学习热情，体现学生的主体地位。为此，教师就应当基于四导式的教学模式进行设计，让学生能够在互动过程中构建学科认识。本文主要论述了四导式教学模式对于初中数学教学的重要意义，并提出了具体的教学措施。
