Abstract：
农村小学整体教育质量远远落后于城市，音乐教育形势相对严峻。在许多农村小学，根本没有专门的音乐教师，往往由其他学科的教师兼任。音乐课的学习内容一般都是唱歌，根本不能体现音乐的专业性。这种情况在中国农村小学教育中非常普遍。作为一名教育工作者，我们必须反思农村小学音乐教育的现状，并提出对策，才能在音乐教育中发挥吸引人才的作用。本文分析了农村小学音乐教育中存在的问题，并提出了改进建议。
