Abstract：

随着素质教育的全面开展，在小学阶段道德与法治教学理念要不断更新，满足社会主义现代人才需要。随着小学道德和法治教学重视程度的不断提高，小学教师要以素质教学理念为指导，引导孩子主动学习，培养学生学习兴趣，充分发挥学生主体作用，有效地开展课堂教学，推动我们教学质量进一步提高。
