Abstract：
高中阶段的学生往往面临着人生的一大选择——高考，在此背景之下很多学校都只是注重学生成绩方面的培养，而忽略对学生身体健康等综合素质的培养。这种现象就导致了在高中学习中体育课程被其他高考科目所占据，体育课时的不断减少抑制了学生体能的升高。为了让学生的身心健康得到更好的发展，在高中教学中学校负责人应对体育有足够的重视，并对学生创新教学方式。基于此，本文从高中体育体能训练的教学策略来进行相关探究，以便促进学生能力提升。
