Abstract：

我是甘肃省兰州市永登县地处偏僻农村的一名小学语文教师兼班主任，任教已23年。在这23年的教学生涯中以及班主任工作中，我兢兢业业，任劳任怨，无私奉献，从自身做起，从小事做起，关爱每一个孩子，无论在班主任工作中还是在教学中，都取得了优异成绩，多次获得优秀教师和优秀班主任，我倍感荣幸。
