    Abstract：

    本文从初三学生写作能力的现状出发，根据《义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》对初三学生写的能力要求，结合近几年杭州市中考书面表达的命题导向阐述了如何有效促进学生写作能力的发展。在初三英语教学实践过程中，采取了“进梯式推进”的方式，激发了学生的写作信心，引导学生如何准确审题，加强句子间逻辑关系和表达得体性的训练，提高了英语写作效果，培养了学生的综合运用英语进行表达的能力。
