Abstract：
《幼儿园指导纲要》的实施对于幼儿园教师的工作提出了更高的要求，其规定在幼儿园阶段的活动中要尊重孩子的天性，改变以往活动模式下幼儿强迫认读、机械唱跳的学习情况，并在此基础上进行活动方式的创新。以创新性的活动方式将幼儿的主体地位得到充分的体现，并将教师在课堂中的主导者改为引领者和帮助者，从而更好地促进幼儿身心健康的全面发展。基于此，本文从幼儿园建构活动中教师的介入来进行相关探究，从而达到提高幼儿综合素养的活动目的。
