    小学语文教学工作阅读教学工作紧密相连，小学生的阅读能力的培养事关整个语文教学的过程。小学阅读活动不能完全抛开教材，要与教材相辅相成。作为小学语文教师的一个重要职责就是，要引导学生采用正确的阅读方法，对教材中的文章进行消化、吸收。
