Abstract：
随着经济全球化的深入，我国越来越重视精神文明建设和全民文化素质的提高。道德与法治教学对小学生的人生观、世界观和价值观的建构起着重要的指导作用。针对我国小学道德与法治教育中存在的问题，提出了有针对性的对策，最后阐述了在小学道德与法治教育中引入美育的途径。
