    教学一直作为最主要的方式服务于人才培养这一大学最根本的职能。高校青年教师如何处理教学与科研的关系，如何平衡两者之间的权重是一项非常重要的议题。本文在回顾与分析教师角色发展历程的基础上，针对当前教师发展中教学与科研的不平衡状况提出若干建议。针对当前教师发展中教学与科研的不平衡状况浅谈如何平衡教学和科研的关系。
