    以“核心素养”为目标开展英语听力教学，是当前英语教学发展的主要方向。基于此，文章分析了英语听力教学存在的问题，并结合实际案例探讨了初中英语听力教学的开展，期望在有效策略的指导下提升初中英语听力教学能力，助力学生英语核心素养的发展。
