    一年级作为起始年级，很多老师都知道这是孩子行为习惯、学习习惯培养的重要阶段。但往往很多老师是谈“一”色变，宁愿教六年级也不愿意教一年级。因为太小，因为太麻烦，因为太繁琐。对于有经验的老师来说能更好地掌握，对于刚入职的新老师而言难免摸不着头脑，对于新班主任而言就更是困难，如何很好的管理新小一在此有些浅显的建议。
