    Abstract：

    德育是中国特色社会主义教育发展的中心和基本要求，新时期教育理念的出现，标志着中国特色社会主义教育的全面发展。随着国内外“核心素养”的兴起，核心素养已成为当下一种新的教育理念，为实现人的发展目标铺平了道路。培养基本素质必须从学科本身入手，兼顾学科的跨学科性质及其基本性质和使命，同时体现学科的丰富内容和实践要求，本文主要对我国小学语文教学方法进行分析和探讨，研究以核心素养为基础的教学体系，为我国小学教育工作者提供经验。
