    Abstract：

    《管理沟通》课程既是提升大学生创新创业能力的基本保证，也是促进大学生全面发展的必然要求。本文从当前高校教学中的改革目标入手，分析《管理沟通》教学理论实践出现了理论抽象、实践性强、案例素材匮乏等一系列的问题，提出创新教学形式、提高实践能力、注重丰富案例素材三方面进行改革创新。
