    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的持续深入，很多城市都逐渐将体育成绩纳入到了中考的总成绩中。但因为体育成绩占比较少，不会对总成绩造成较大影响，虽然学校也对体育教学给予了重视，但相比较其他学科的教学，仍存在很大的差距。同时，初中正是学生身心发展的关键时期，强调初中体育教学，强化学生的体育训练，对学生的成长有着一定的促进作用，并掌握学生养成良好的锻炼习惯。对此，本文则对如何提高初中体育教学进行了探究，并分析了相关的教学方法，以供参考。
