    随着时代的飞速发展，创新能力在教学中的重要性逐步凸显出来。教师需要跟紧时代步伐，更新教育理念，培养学生的创新能力，以此提升学生的综合素质和学习成绩。本文从提升学生自信、营造良好氛围、鼓励学生动手这三个角度入手，深度探究小教师在教学时应如何培养学生的创新能力。
