Abstract：

社区文化是优秀文化传承的重要载体，社区文化是社会文明建设的重要指向，应当加大社区文化档案的管理工作力度，明确社区文化档案管理的重点，形成综合性的社区文化档案管理工作体系。本文对社区文化档案的建设进行研究，指出社区文化档案建设与管理工作的方向。
