    Abstract：

    随着新课改的推进，老师要创新教学方法，优化教学的理念，让学生能够激发学习的兴趣和动力。在小学英语教学中，老师要培养学生的实际运用能力，让学生能够更加全面地成长。老师可以在教学中引入合作学习的教学方式，让学生能够提升合作的意识和能力，并且可以培养学生的团队精神，为学生以后的学习和发展奠定了基础。本文就小学英语教学对合作学习的方式作出了分析与总结。
