    Abstract：

    新课改背景下，要求各阶段、各学科教师通过教学活动提升学生学习能力，培养其学科核心素养，这就需要教师不断完善自身教学理念，运用合理的教学手段来保证教学工作开展的有效性与合理性。在中职院校对数控机械专业学生进行教学时，需要教师进行教学改革，掌握专业教学的现状，采取合理的策略全面落实数控机械专业教学工作，使学生通过教学活动掌握专业知识，增强实践能力，形成良好核心素养，能够适应未来的岗位需求以及社会发展的要求。
