Abstract：

教育最核心目的就是促进人全面发展，小学是人个性培养和发展的阶段。但处于小学阶段的学生心理不够成熟，很多行为习惯还处于模仿阶段，所以加强小学生德育教育显得尤为重要。对小学生进行德育教育有助于心理健康的发展，有助于小学生能全面认识到社会的复杂性，遇到问题能理性的分析并解决，有效促进小学生个性发展。
