    Abstract：

    我国快速提升的经济水平对社会金融水平的提升有直接影响，在社会金融水平不断提升的同时，金融风险也会不断提高，所以，为了能够提前分析出可能存在的风险，并估算其发展方向，要掌握并合理应用数理统计，这样才能降低金融风险。对于金融研究来讲，数理统计的相关公式可以很好的对金融风险进行计算，还可以进行定价计算等，从而推动进行研究的发展。因此，此次对数理统计在金融研究中的应用进行研究，从而了解数理统计对金融研究的重要作用。
